We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your Cartiums order, please fill out the form below. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been prepared for dispatch or shipped.

Orders that have been prepared for dispatch or already shipped cannot be canceled. You can return your order for a full refund once received.

Refusing delivery of your order will delay your refund and incur additional return charges.
